Hi, I’m Bruna. Born in Brazil and raised between two countries, I built my career the way I was taught: work hard, achieve more, be grateful.

For a long time, it worked. By my mid-twenties, I had a tech career in San Francisco, the salary I dreamed of, and the milestones my family celebrated. I had done everything right.

However, I was answering emails late at night, taking calls on vacation, never fully off — never fully present. Underneath it all was a question I couldn’t shake: Why does a life that looks this good feel so wrong?

After being laid off a second time, during COVID when the world stopped, I was forced to pause and reflect. I finally got honest with myself. I wanted more — more freedom, more alignment, less relentless performance.

I rebuilt deliberately, without burning everything down. I went from employee to consultant, secured location-independent work with global companies, and started creating a life that actually fit me instead of the inherited version of success.

Now I spend my days helping women in corporate and tech do the same — not by telling them to quit everything, but by guiding them to finally choose themselves.
