ELAVATED didn't start as a business idea.

It started as a question I couldn't stop asking myself: Why does a life that looks this good feel this hollow?

I had the career, the trips, the milestones. From the outside, everything was on track. But I was running on fumes — pushing through the week just to make it to the weekend, doing all the "right" things and still feeling disconnected from my own life.

When I got laid off during COVID and the panic attacks started, I stopped being able to ignore it. The version of success I'd been building wasn't built for me. It was built for an idea of who I was supposed to be.

In the space that followed, I started over — not by burning everything down, but by getting honest. Honest about what I actually wanted. About the habits that were draining me. About the boundaries I'd never set. About the career I'd been building on someone else's terms.

That process changed everything. And I couldn't stop thinking about all the women doing exactly what I had been doing — succeeding quietly and suffering quietly at the same time.

ELAVATED was created for them. For her.

ELA — the Portuguese word for she — because this work has always been about women reclaiming their own story. Elevated, because that's what becomes possible when you stop living for approval and start living with intention.
